To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pinkpantry.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and once shipped, you will receive tracking details. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We take great care in packing every order, but if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please report it to us within 30 days of receipt by emailing info@pinkpantry.com. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for issues reported after this 30-day period.
